Aya Healthcare is currently filling a full-time, contract Travel Physical Therapist (PT) position in Baker City, with an anticipated start date of July 20, 2026. This 26-week assignment follows a four-day schedule of 10-hour day shifts, giving you a consistent routine and extended time off between workweeks. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and design individualized physical therapy treatment plans aligned with their rehabilitation goals.

- Track patient progress, adjust care plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately.
- Partner with physicians, nurses, and the broader care team to coordinate effective treatment.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention.
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of Oregon.
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Availability to commit to the full 26-week contract on a 4x10 day-shift schedule.
- Willingness to travel to and work on-site in Baker City, OR (this is not a remote role).
- Strong communication skills and the adaptability that travel assignments require.
