About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic leader to grow the Nanyang Technological University Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)'s (NTU) suite of executive education programs. As the Strategic Partnerships Director, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our programs remain relevant to industry and client needs while expanding enrolments and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement business development strategies for executive education growth.
- Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote NTU's executive education programs.
- Manage budgets and financial performance of the executive education initiatives.
- Ensure that all programs align with industry trends, client needs, and university objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and industry leaders.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in executive education or related fields.
- Proven track record in business development, marketing, and program management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
