As a Product Director, Antibody Solutions (China & APAC), you will lead the development and execution of strategic plans that drive growth in the antibody solutions market across China and Asia-Pacific.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Leverage deep understanding of the life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology sectors to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance Abcam’s Antibody Solutions portfolio in China & APAC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions that position Abcam for long-term success.
- Lead the planning and execution of key initiatives aimed at expanding market share and driving revenue growth in China & APAC.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior leadership role within life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives and drive business growth.
- In-depth knowledge of antibody solutions and related technologies, including protein engineering and immunoassays.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in China & APAC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
