A dynamic challenge awaits you in a full-time position as an Artist Manager / Influencer Manager with Lionflence. You will be involved in the entire spectrum of artist management, including media and social media, influencer marketing, and related technologies (software systems). Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • You are the first point of contact for internal talents
  • Support in finding new cooperation partners, creating new offers, and handling incoming inquiries
  • Showcase your negotiation skills by negotiating contracts as well as prices with suppliers and service providers (partners)
  • Develop concepts together with the talents, including content formats, and assist them in their realization
  • Facilitate communication between the talents and our partners, plan their deployment, and coordinate their activities

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in artist management, media, social media, influencer marketing, and related technologies. A strong understanding of software systems is essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously within a flat hierarchy and flexible structure. You should be able to balance multiple tasks efficiently and have excellent communication skills.
