About the Role
A dynamic challenge awaits you in a full-time position as an Artist Manager / Influencer Manager with Lionflence. You will be involved in the entire spectrum of artist management, including media and social media, influencer marketing, and related technologies (software systems). Our perfectly aligned self-developed software systems support both you and your artists effectively.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for internal talents
- Support in finding new cooperation partners, creating new offers, and handling incoming inquiries
- Showcase your negotiation skills by negotiating contracts as well as prices with suppliers and service providers (partners)
- Develop concepts together with the talents, including content formats, and assist them in their realization
- Facilitate communication between the talents and our partners, plan their deployment, and coordinate their activities
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in artist management, media, social media, influencer marketing, and related technologies. A strong understanding of software systems is essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously within a flat hierarchy and flexible structure. You should be able to balance multiple tasks efficiently and have excellent communication skills.
