Your Responsibilities

  • Support internal talent discussions
  • Conduct new partnership searches, create offers, and handle incoming inquiries
  • Develop negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with suppliers and service providers (partners)
  • Aid artist managers in concept development and content formats for talents and assist in their realization
  • Serve as a liaison between talents and our partners, plan their activities

What We're Looking For

Experience in the artist management field is preferred. Knowledge of media/social media, influencer marketing, and relevant software systems is essential. Strong negotiation skills and an ability to work autonomously are required. A passion for innovation and a proactive approach will be highly valued.
