Career Opportunity: CDL-A Company Driver - 6mo EXP Required - OTR - Dry Van at Hirschbach Motor Lines in Notre Dame, Indiana

Position Summary

Hirschbach Motor Lines is seeking experienced CDL-A Truck Drivers for Over The Road (OTR) operations with a minimum of six months' experience required. As an OTR Company Driver at Hirschbach, you will enjoy competitive pay and the opportunity to drive for one of the best in the industry.

Core Duties

• Drive dry van trucks on long-haul routes across the country
• Ensure safe operation of company vehicles while adhering to all federal regulations
• Maintain accurate logs and records as required by the DOT (Department of Transportation)
• Work in a team environment, collaborating with other drivers and support staff
• Adhere to strict schedules and delivery deadlines

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license with appropriate endorsements
• A minimum of six months' experience as a professional truck driver
• Prior OTR driving experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and team members
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines
• Dedication to safety practices and adherence to company policies

As part of this commitment, Hirschbach has invested in its fleet with a total $.10 CPM (cents per mile) pay increase for OTR Company and Lease drivers. The first increase takes effect in July, with an additional increase planned.
