About This Position
We are seeking experienced Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) holders for our Over the Road (OTR) company driving roles. As a Reefer driver with at least one year of experience, you will be part of Artur Express Inc.'s dedicated team, responsible for transporting refrigerated cargo across various routes.
Responsibilities
- Drive company-owned trucks equipped with reefer units to deliver perishable goods and other temperature-controlled items.
- Maintain safe driving practices at all times, adhering to federal and state regulations.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for loading/unloading cargo and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of one year of experience as a Class A CDL holder, specifically in OTR reefer driving roles.
- A clean driving record with no major traffic violations within the last three years.
- The ability to handle long-haul routes and be self-sufficient for extended periods away from home.
