Position Summary

Hirschbach Motor Lines is seeking experienced CDL-A lease purchase drivers for over-the-road (OTR) positions. This opportunity offers a chance to drive with the elite fleet at Hirschbach while being rewarded for your daily work.

Responsibilities

• Drive dry van trucks on long-haul routes across the country
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of freight
• Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and DOT guidelines
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles
• Maintain accurate logs and records as required by the company and DOT

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking professional drivers with at least 6 months of OTR driving experience. A valid CDL-A license is a must, along with a clean driving record. Applicants should be reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to providing excellent service.

Hirschbach Motor Lines believes in rewarding professional drivers for their hard work. As part of our commitment, we are investing in our fleet with a total $.10 CPM pay increase for both OTR company and lease drivers. The first increase will take effect in July, followed by additional increments.
