Role Overview
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities at The Townes at Fountain Park. This position involves performing routine and emergency repairs, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting the overall functionality of the community.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Performing preventative maintenance on building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical components.
- Responding to and resolving resident and staff requests for maintenance services promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing regular cleaning tasks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Assisting in the repair and replacement of fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or technical training preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Experience in residential or commercial maintenance is advantageous but not required.

- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working at heights.
