Role Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our busy and close-knit team at Nexus Agoge in Mangere or Mnt Wellington. As a key member of the production line, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute directly to the smooth operation of our facility.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Working on the production line to ensure efficient and accurate assembly of nutritional products
• Loading, debagging, and tipping products as required
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment at all times
• Assisting with quality checks and ensuring that all products meet our high standards
• Collaborating closely with team members to achieve production goals

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A reliable and punctual work ethic
• Basic understanding of food safety practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and stand for extended periods
• Previous experience in manufacturing, food processing, or similar environments is advantageous but not mandatory
