About This Position

We are currently seeking Operators for our Tiwai site in Invercargill, Southland. As a full-time employee, you will be part of a safe and inclusive team dedicated to providing the materials the world needs now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all operations
• Participate in team-based activities, including shift rotations
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation

Skills & Qualifications

• No industry experience required; full training provided
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 2 days, 2 nights, and 4 days off roster
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Able to work in a team environment and contribute positively to the workplace culture
