What This Role Involves

Caval Ridge is seeking experienced Truck and Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team in Erakala, Mackay. As a key member of the operations, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency while operating various heavy machinery and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery such as trucks, excavators, and other construction equipment
• Ensure all machinery is in good working condition through regular maintenance checks
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other operators to ensure smooth operations
• Follow work instructions and maintain a high level of productivity

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Truck or Multi-Skilled Operator
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in the construction industry
• Able to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork
• A valid Heavy R Driver’s license is required
• Previous experience with excavators, bulldozers, or other relevant equipment would be advantageous
