The Opportunity

Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Dozer Operators for a number of gold, iron ore, mineral sands, lithium, magnetite, and cooper mines across the Pilbara region. This role offers 2/1 rosters with pay ranging from $60 to $70 per hour, superannuation weekly payments, and up to 20 roles available.

What You'll Do

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating dozers in a production environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing daily pre- and post-operation checks on the dozer
• Maintaining safe working practices at all times
• Assisting with site maintenance and earthmoving tasks as required
• Working efficiently to meet production targets

What You Bring

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• HAVE a minimum of 3 years' experience in dozer operation within the mining industry
• BE familiar with various types of earthmoving equipment and their safe use
• SHOW strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site
• HAVE a valid forklift license (not mandatory but advantageous)
