Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced New Product Development Technologist - Sport & Foods to join our team.

Core Duties

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform product development strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to develop innovative products that meet consumer needs
• Ensure all new products comply with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for product formulations and manufacturing processes
• Support the launch of new products by providing technical expertise during production and distribution phases

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in New Product Development within the health and wellness industry
• Strong understanding of product development processes, from concept to commercialization
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
• Proficient in using software tools for product formulation and technical documentation
• Experience working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment is highly desirable
