The Opportunity
Voca Healthcare is currently seeking a travel CT Technologist for an immediate opening in Chico, California. This 13-week position offers a flexible schedule with 36 hours per week and rotating shifts of 12 hours each.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) equipment.
- Prepare patients for CT scans, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the procedure.
- Operate advanced imaging technology to obtain high-quality images of internal body structures.
- Collaborate with radiologists to interpret findings and ensure accurate patient care.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist is required.
- Certification or registration from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is necessary.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.
