What This Role Involves

This role involves overseeing a well-established and growing wholesale and distribution business with a strong presence across both retail and e-commerce channels. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the warehouse team to ensure smooth operation and productivity
• Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize supply chain operations
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, order fulfillment, and performance metrics

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a warehouse management role within the wholesale or distribution industry
• Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage teams
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain processes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
