About This Position

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or related field; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a supervisory role within payroll operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using payroll software and other HRIS systems.
