About this role & career path

Contract eDiscovery attorney roles often sit between traditional litigation associate work and project-based review staffing. Strong performers build speed and judgment on privilege, confidentiality, and production quality, then move into lead reviewer, project counsel, or litigation-support specialist tracks.

Be ready to walk through privilege review judgment calls, how you handle inconsistent coding guidance, and tools you have used for large productions. Prepare concise examples of meeting volume targets without sacrificing accuracy, plus questions about Cgsfederal’s review platforms, QC process, and remote collaboration norms.
