The Chief of Staff - Commercial Strategy will be a key leader in driving strategic initiatives and aligning cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. This role is pivotal in identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and executing on high-impact projects.

Your Responsibilities

Map the highest-priority growth opportunities within 90 days and build a business case for at least one priority initiative
Build and maintain strong relationships across Product, Clinical, Value Enablement, Marketing, and the executive team
Take two or more growth initiatives from concept to real traction in year one, contributing measurably to pipeline generation and competitive win rates
Become a trusted driver of alignment within the executive committee and board cadence

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have:

5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business development, or related fields
Proven track record of driving growth initiatives and building cross-functional teams
Strong relationships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem
Experience in value-based care, risk adjustment, population health, and life sciences programs
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
A deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and its application in healthcare
