As Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, develop long-term financial plans, and analyze the financial and operating performance across our portfolio and corporate functions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for Alliedreit’s portfolio and corporate functions
  • Develop long-term financial plans that align with business strategies
  • Analyze financial and operating performance to provide meaningful insights, identify emerging risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Property Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Investments, Leasing, Operations, and other business functions
  • Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in financial planning and analysis within a real estate or related industry
  • Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellence in communication, both written and verbal, for presenting complex financial information to senior leadership
  • A deep understanding of real estate markets and financial performance metrics
