Position Summary
Allied is a leading owner-operator of distinctive urban workspace in Canada’s major cities. As a User Experience Partner, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience for knowledge-based organizations by supporting creativity, connectivity, and human wellness within our properties.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of user-friendly interfaces and experiences across various digital platforms and physical spaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of UX strategies.
- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in user experience and implement changes accordingly.
- Create and maintain user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in user experience design.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a UX Designer or similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
