About This Position
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: At our manufacturing facility in New Westminster, you will be part of a skilled team that brings Arc’teryx products to life. You’ll work on hands-on, precision tasks where craftsmanship and problem-solving are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in 3 months of training in our Training Department before being assigned to one of our production lines.
- Develop your skills through our continuous Learning & Development Program as you work on new products like jackets, pants, or gear.
- Partner with a team of 10-12 members under the supervision of a Production Supervisor to meet quality and efficiency standards in pressing different products.
- Potential for career growth within the company, including roles in Warranty, Sample, Quality, Training Teams, or becoming a Team Leader.
