About the Role

PoloGear, the "Original Polo Outfitter," is seeking an experienced embroidery machine operator and/or production manager to lead our team. This role involves operating embroidery machines with precision, ensuring high-quality output, and managing a productive and efficient embroidery department. You will be responsible for creating beautiful and functional embroidered products that meet customer expectations.

• Operate embroidery machines with accuracy and efficiency
• Create and manage embroidery designs to meet quality standards
• Supervise and train team members in embroidery techniques and procedures
• Ensure timely production of orders while maintaining high quality
• Manage inventory and materials for the embroidery department
