Position Summary
The Machine Operator will work on a 6:00 AM-6:30 PM shift at ConAgra Foods' Indianapolis, IN manufacturing plant. Reporting to the Reddi-wip Team Lead, you'll operate production equipment and contribute to packaging and processing performance while ensuring safe operation and adherence to quality and food safety standards.

What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for product counts, measurements, etc.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- A valid driver's license (required for travel within the plant)
