Position Summary

The People Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Human Resources team at Sunrise Banks. With primary responsibility for benefits administration and coordination, this role ensures employees receive accurate, timely, and compliant benefits support while also providing cross-functional assistance to various departments.

<h2-Core Duties

• Administer and coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare benefits.
• Process new hire paperwork and onboarding documents in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to benefits administration.
• Provide support for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
• Assist with the organization and maintenance of HR records and files.
