Role Overview

Hakki Africa is seeking a Claims Administrator to join our team. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for handling and processing vehicle claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all processes are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review and process vehicle claims submitted by Bolt e-hailing drivers in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate documentation of claim details and supporting evidence.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, management, and other stakeholders regarding the status of claims.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for claims processing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex claims issues.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the automotive or insurance industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with claims processing software and systems.
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a team-oriented environment.

As a microfinance enterprise, Hakki provides vehicle operating leases to Bolt e-hailing drivers with the goal of maximizing gig workers' income and promoting financial inclusion in South Africa.
