Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior People and Culture Advisor to join our well-established, purpose-driven community services organisation. Based in Thebarton, South Australia, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment that supports vulnerable individuals and families across Queensland and South Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the organisation
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and well-being
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Support the recruitment process by evaluating candidates and providing insights on cultural fit
• Oversee the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with senior management to align people strategies with organisational goals

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within a community services organisation
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change initiatives
• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
