Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced senior lawyer to join our dynamic and growing Office of General Counsel in a full-time, on-site role. This is an exciting opportunity for you to advise senior leaders on commercial and compliance matters critical to the firm's operations. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will provide strategic legal advice to partners and other senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of commercial and compliance issues impacting the business.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance across all departments.
- Support the General Counsel in managing litigation, disputes, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex legal challenges and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years' experience as a senior lawyer, preferably within an in-house environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial law, compliance, and dispute resolution.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of providing strategic legal advice that aligns with business objectives.
