Graduate Nurse & Midwife Program

Position Summary

We have 6 additional positions in our 2026 Graduate Nurse Program (job requisition 1874) and 3 additional positions in our 2026 Graduate Midwife Program (job requisition 1886). These roles will commence in September 2026 for completion in September 2027. The program is designed to support graduate nurses and midwives in the clinical area, providing opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• To work under supervision in a variety of clinical areas to gain practical experience.
• To participate in structured learning activities including workshops, seminars, and mentoring programs.
• To contribute to patient care by applying theoretical knowledge in real-world settings.
• To engage with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate on patient care plans.

Qualifications

• A recent graduate or soon-to-be-graduated nurse or midwife from an accredited program.
• A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong commitment to patient care and professional development.
