The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a part-time Aquatic Customer Services Officer to join our team at Splash Palace in Invercargill. This role offers the opportunity to be the face of our aquatic center, handling customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors at the Liquid Cafe and throughout the facility
<li.Handle retail sales and manage inventory in the cafe <li.Provide customer service over the phone, email, and in person <li.Respond to a wide range of queries related to Splash Palace operations <li.Contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers

Qualifications

• A minimum of 18 years of age
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
<li.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written <li.Basic computer skills to manage inventory and handle customer inquiries <li.A willingness to learn about the operations of Splash Palace
