About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Designer to join our Brand Studio team at Scoot. As part of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for creating, adapting, and optimizing visual assets across various brand, commercial, and operational projects while maintaining consistency with Scoot's brand identity.

What You'll Do

• Create, adapt, and optimize creative assets for a wide range of projects
• Maintain consistency in design with Scoot’s visual identity across all platforms
• Innovate and explore new technologies to enhance the brand's presence
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs on time
• Ensure all work aligns with the company's branding guidelines and objectives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Designer or similar role in a creative agency or brand studio
• Demonstrated expertise in design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A passion for innovation and staying current with emerging trends in design and technology
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality
