About the Role
We are seeking a Product Designer 3 to join our team in Pierre, South Dakota. As a Product Designer 3, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that enhance patient care and improve healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers to develop user-centered design solutions
- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for new and existing products
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and meet industry standards
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the product
Responsibilities
The Product Designer 3 will be responsible for:
- Leading design projects from concept to implementation
- Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides
- Providing design guidance and mentorship to junior designers
- Maintaining a strong understanding of emerging trends in product design and healthcare technology
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design tools and technologies
What We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates who:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Possess 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer in the healthcare industry
- Are proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Demonstrate a commitment to user-centered design principles
- Are passionate about improving patient care through technology
