About This Position
The Global Head of Creative will lead Blue Bottle Coffee's global brand vision and ensure consistent, world-class execution across all creative touchpoints. Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer, you'll define and protect our creative identity while empowering regional teams to create culturally resonant work.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish and evolve Blue Bottle's global visual and verbal identity
- Lead major campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and brand initiatives across five markets: the United States, Japan, Korea, Greater China/Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia
- Create alignment with regional marketing and creative leaders through influence rather than direct authority
- Strengthen the Global Brand Center of Excellence by establishing creative frameworks, operating standards, governance, and ways of working
- Ensure every expression of the brand is unmistakably Blue Bottle while empowering local relevance
