At Blue Bottle Coffee, a Barista is someone who is passionate about coffee, culinary items, sustainability, and creating incredible guest experiences grounded in care and respect. This role involves working late shifts to ensure our Georgetown cafe runs smoothly until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Crafting high-quality coffee drinks according to Blue Bottle’s standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions as needed
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies

Requirements

• Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about the craft of coffee making
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (up to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Basic knowledge of barista techniques and coffee brewing methods
• Commitment to sustainability practices and the company’s mission
