Position Summary
We are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team as Baristas for our new cafe opening at Tysons Corner Center in August 2026. At Blue Bottle Coffee, you will be part of a mission-driven community dedicated to elevating the craft of coffee from seed to cup.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Crafting high-quality coffee drinks and culinary items with precision and care
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Participating in team training sessions and ongoing education on coffee brewing techniques
- Supporting the development of community through engaging interactions with customers
Qualifications
- Passion for coffee, culinary arts, and sustainability
- Customer service experience preferred but not required

- Must be available for part-time shifts including weekends and evenings
