What This Role Involves

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee drinks and food items according to Starbucks standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Ensure customers receive their orders promptly and accurately
• Engage with customers to create positive interactions and memorable experiences
• Follow safety protocols and maintain hygiene practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Pleasant demeanor and ability to engage with a diverse customer base
• Attention to detail in preparing beverages and maintaining cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and ingredients
