Role Overview

The Line Maintenance Manager oversees and supervises all maintenance performed on company aircraft to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations. This role involves maintaining the facility in accordance with company and OSHA guidelines while assisting the Manager of Base in managing maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics in overall maintenance operation, including preventive maintenance, repair, modifications, and other tasks.
• Ensure all maintenance performed is correct per applicable standards and regulations.
• Maintain the facility in compliance with company and OSHA regulations.
• Aid the Manager of Base in managing maintenance operations.
• Possess a valid Airframe and Powerplant license, with at least eight years of experience on similar aircraft and six years of management or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to travel 20% of the time for business purposes.
• Possess required tools and be able to work both in a team setting and individually.
• Effective communication skills to prioritize multiple tasks in a stressful environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• Minimum eight years Airframe and Powerplant on similar aircraft.
• Minimum six years management or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Flexibility to travel 20% of the time for business purposes.
• Able to work both in a team setting and individually.
• Effective communication skills to prioritize multiple tasks in a stressful environment and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
