Role Overview
HSL Asset Management is seeking a highly motivated and success-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team in Fort Lowell, Arizona. As a key member of the leasing department, you will be responsible for driving tenant acquisition and retention at 30 multi-family apartment communities across Arizona. This full-time position requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new lease opportunities through cold calling, networking, and community outreach
- Process applications, conduct move-in inspections, and handle move-out procedures efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to both current and potential residents
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction
- Prepare and maintain accurate lease agreements and resident records
What You Bring
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in residential leasing or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prioritization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
