What You'll Do
- Conduct apartment tours and engage with potential tenants
- Process applications, conduct background checks, and screen applicants
- Prepare and sign leases in compliance with Fair Housing laws
- Manage resident relations and address inquiries or concerns
- Market properties to attract new residents
What You Bring
- At least 6 months of apartment/multi-family leasing experience
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and best practices in leasing
- A valid government-issued ID (for background checks)
