At Indie Campers, we are seeking a Car Rental Agent to join our team in Christchurch. As part of the wider Indie Campers family, you will be responsible for ensuring that our campervans and vehicles are well-maintained and available for rental. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, serviced, and ready for hire
- Process vehicle rentals promptly and accurately
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on the vehicles as needed
