What This Role Involves
A Refinery Operator works 12-hour rotating shifts on various units within the refinery which process crude oil as a feed stock in order to produce gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, refinery chemicals and other products. Operators must follow procedures and safe work practices to ensure safe and environmentally compliant operations.

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Familiarity with basic industrial safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
