The Opportunity

Kahr Bearing has an immediate opening for a Design Engineer Trainee - New Graduate. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this role involves designing, testing, and documenting new products while supporting manufacturing processes.

Core Duties

• Designing new products in collaboration with team members
• Conducting tests on product designs to ensure quality and functionality
• Documenting design and test results for future reference and compliance purposes
• Supporting manufacturing operations by providing technical assistance and troubleshooting as needed

What You Bring

• A recent graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and product design processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
