About This Position

As a Principal Supply Chain Data Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our global Supply Chain strategy by defining how critical Supply Chain data is governed, measured, trusted, and used across the source-to-market ecosystem. You will own the functional strategy for Supply Chain Data Excellence and translate business priorities into scalable standards, stewardship models, quality rules, governance decisions, reporting definitions, and prioritized improvement roadmaps.

Core Duties

• Define and implement a robust data governance framework to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization.
• Develop and maintain reporting definitions that support key business metrics and KPIs related to Supply Chain operations.
• Establish end-to-end digital data threads, linking critical master data, transactional data, process milestones, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data standards and governance practices.
• Create prioritized improvement roadmaps to continuously enhance the quality and utility of Supply Chain data.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain operations, data management, or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing data governance strategies within complex organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data-driven solutions.
• Experience in defining and maintaining data quality rules and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working across multiple departments to drive change.
