What This Role Involves

The Lifestyle Coordinator role at HBH Group is pivotal in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will be responsible for organizing and implementing a variety of activities that cater to the social, emotional, and physical well-being of older adults. These activities include but are not limited to group outings, craft sessions, fitness classes, and community events. Your creativity and passion will play a crucial role in ensuring that each activity is engaging and inclusive.

What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate social and recreational activities for residents
• Create an environment that fosters social interaction and engagement among residents
• Organize outings, events, and special occasions to enhance the quality of life for older adults
• Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere within the community
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations

Skills & Qualifications

• A compassionate and creative approach to organizing activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the care sector or related field is advantageous but not mandatory
• A valid driver’s license, as travel may be required for community events
