About This Position
The Busy Group is seeking a dedicated Employment Consultant to join our team in the Banora Point and Tweed Heads area. As an Employment Consultant within a Workforce Australia specialist contract for the Ex-Offenders Program, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from diverse backgrounds to secure sustainable and meaningful employment.
What You'll Do
- Manage a varied and active caseload of clients with unique needs and challenges
- Provide retraining and upskilling opportunities tailored to individual client requirements
- Foster strong partnerships with local employers, advocating for employment opportunities
- Support clients through the entire job search process, from resume building to interview preparation
- Evaluate and adjust strategies based on ongoing feedback and outcomes
