• Provide career guidance, including resume writing and interview preparation assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress towards employment goals.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in social sciences, human resources, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with job seekers from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support clients.
• Knowledge of employment services legislation and best practices.
