Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in early childhood education, preferably as an Educational Leader or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a team effectively
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for early learning and child development
