About This Position
We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our growing remote team as a Remote Member Benefits Specialist (Remote) (Remote). This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and driven professionals who want more than just a traditional 9-to-5 job. You will have the chance to work with clients who have already expressed interest in financial protection and benefits, providing them with the support they need to make informed decisions.
Core Duties
- Virtually meet with clients who have requested information about their benefit options
- Understand each client's needs and explain available benefit options in a clear and professional manner
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care
- Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up as needed
What We're Looking For
- Self-motivated individuals with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive mindset and the desire to achieve personal and professional goals
- A coachable attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required
