Who We're Looking For

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in client support or related field
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle a variety of customer issues
• Familiarity with CRM systems and payment processing tools is preferred but not required
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
