About the Role

As an EHS Programs and Compliance Assurance Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations align with environmental, health, and safety standards across the Americas region.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs to ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of EHS professionals to support operational excellence in all Trane Technologies facilities within the Americas region.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify risks and opportunities for improvement in environmental, health, and safety practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS best practices into daily operations and project management.
- Ensure that all employees are trained on relevant EHS policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental health and safety management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading EHS programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations for the Americas region.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
